At the Consistory team meeting this week, with COVID concerns in mind, the team voted to allow time during the end of the ZOOM Meet and Greet for attendees to ask questions and vote in lieu of an in-person attendance on Sunday, January 9th at 11am.
Votes received on Saturday, January 8th will be considered absentees and included with the Sunday vote. If you attend and vote on Saturday at 2pm, you will not need to attend on Sunday to vote in person. Members can contact firstname.lastname@example.org for the ZOOM information.
