Good morning all,
We continue our study on Galatians on Thursday evening at David and Cindy’s and on Zoom. Our Bible References for the week are:
Galatians 1:6-2:10 (There is No Other Gospel; Paul’s Vindication of His Apostleship; Paul and the Other Apostles)
This past Sunday I preached about Jesus saying that we are to all be one flock. In Galatians 2:1-10, Paul recounts his confrontation with the Jerusalem apostles regarding the nature of the gospel and the inclusion of Gentiles (or the uncircumsized) in the Christian community.
Our Question of the Week is: How does this passage shed light on the importance of unity within the early Christian church despite differences? What might we do to resolve conflicts within our church and the larger body of Christ?
