St. John’s Hosts TH 212 Ground Breaking Ceremony

On a sunny day, with green fields and our beautiful church as the back drop, our parking lot was the location for the groundbreaking celebration on August 8 to mark the start of Highway 212 reconstruction between Cologne and Norwood Young America.

Carver County, Minnesota Department of Transportation (MnDOT) staff, funding partners, federal, state, local elected officials, and other special guests gathered near St. John’s United Church of Christ in Norwood Young America for remarks and a ceremonial groundbreaking.
