Hello All,
Merry Christmas! We will celebrate the coming of Christ tonight – and hopefully again and again throughout the season, and the year, and years ahead.
Our theme for this season is “The Light for All People.” We know that this light comes to us tonight through Christ. In a world that feels dark to many of us so much of the time, it can do us good to find “good news” as the shepherd did from the angel. And then to share that light with others.
To those of us who may be down this week, I pray that you are able to have that honest relationship that we are called to be with God. Tell God what is on your heart and that you need help. In the coming of Christ, we are reminded that he came down to truly be with us. It never says that Jesus is God-With-Us only during the good times.
And as a reminder, we will not have Bible Study this week but will pick back up next Thursday.
