Thank you so much for all the support you have given our market over the years. Each year, in late winter, the Bongards Market Team at St. John’s has looked forward to planning the next season of the market. Our deepest thanks and gratitude goes to the St. John’s Bongards Market Team: Vicki, Larry, Jeannette, Sarah, Cindy, Dave, Chris, and Pastor Scott. The market would not be successful without our team, vendors, and the support of an amazing community.
After the 2023 season, with the knowledge of the pending TH212 road construction, the team made the difficult decision to look for a new host and sponsor for the market. We felt the construction timeline and removal of an accessible interchange at Co Rd 51 and Hwy 212 would be detrimental to the future of St. John’s hosting the market at its current location.
Knowing how much the market means to the community, we started talking to members of our community to find a new host and sponsor. We’d like to introduce you to Alice Bunn, the owner of Alli B’s Coffee Shop and Boutique. She will be heading a new Market Team, with a new location of the market at the Heritage Shopping Center at 640 Railroad Drive in NYA. Michelle Bachmann will be part of the new market team, as the webmaster for the website and social media contact.
